Below is a comparison of the monthly and annual costs of renting a parts cleaner from a Service Company vs. purchasing a StillClean solvent distillation system. The rental costs are an estimate and will be higher in some parts of the country and lower in others.

Make up solvent is not included in the comparison as it will vary depending on climate & usage. In hotter dryer parts of the country a parts cleaner can go thru 5 gallons of solvent per month in heavy usage. In cooler areas with less use a parts cleaner may only need one gallon of makeup solvent per month.

Heavy use customers will include manufacturing, machine shops, and heavy automotive users. These customers will likely have model #30 parts cleaner on a short cycle. Light use customers such as light automotive will typically have a #16 washer on longer cycles.
